coach and support civilian spouses and youth seeking jobs or
developing careers, through a variety of programs, services
and resources. We provide:
- One-on-one counselling
- A Career Resource Library

- Internet/Employer job posting sites
- Referrals to community programs, services and schools

This
workshop covers your 2-minute pitch,how to make a good first
impression, different types of interviews, how to prepare,
setting the tone, how to handle difficult questions, what
questions to ask, how to close and post interview follow-up.
This workshop will give you the opportunity to practice the
skills and get feedback (Opportunity to have your interview
videotaped).

Resumes
Whether you already have a resume or not, come and join us.
We all have areas of competency, skills, personal qualities
and experiences to offer perspective employers. You will learn
about different resume structures, how to present your accomplishments,
how to summarize your experience, how to account for breaks
in your work history, cover letters, thank you letters and
more.
