XX All The Way!
More than 50 ladies participated in the outing to Montreal and took advantage of a beautiful day to explore the city's attractions, including downtown shopping, a visit to the Biodome and Botanical Gardens and a trip to Spa Diva! Participants then gathered for dinner at Le Festin du Gouverneur, where they were treated to a fantastic dinner and show. Many thanks go out to the Elizabeth Park Community Centre, who provided a shuttle between Uplands and Rockcliffe, the Child and Parent Airport Centre staff and parents, who assembled gift bags, MFRC-NCR staff members, who put together home-made lunches for every participant on the trip and helped organize all the details that made it a successful day, and to Diane Blenkiron, who headed up the entire project. We're looking forward to another successful event next year!
