Pampered Chefs Cooking Show


Date: July 8th at 19:00
Location: MFRC – 330 Croil, building 471
Registration: Reception or by calling 613-998-4888

We’re hosting a cooking show! You’ll get to try a recipe and check out the tools used to make it…You’ll even learn some entertaining and cooking tips! So bring your friends and join us for a night of fun with the Pampered Chef. at the MFRC. Please reserve your spot ahead of time at the MFRC

 

Collective Kitchen (French activity)


Come and make enough food for a whole meal for your family while chatting and working together in a group.

Will start again in September, but twice a month. Registration (including registration for childcare at the MFRC) must be 48 hours in advance to allow for the purchase of the ingredients and staffing.

A deposit of $15 will be collected per session with the possibility of an additional cost for certain meals.

MFRC-NCR’s International Women’s Day Outing

Saturday, March 6th, 2010 8:30 am to 10:30 pm

Ride in a luxurious coach to Laval, Quebec where you can rejuvenate at an outdoor spa, shop in Quebec’s 2nd largest indoor mall, wander through boutiques or walk on the moon at the Cosmodôme Space Science Centre. Afterwards, be entertained while enjoying a mouthwatering meal at “Le Milsa” (www.lemilsa.com) before returning to the comfort of your own bed.

Kids Klub Family Literary Day

Kids's Klub Graduation Party and Talent show
MFRC Kids’ Klub held its June Kindergarten Graduation Ceremony along with the School-age Talent Show for the third year in a row. To see photos of the event click here

ELC and CAAP Graduation
For two years now, the MFRC Early Learning Center has held its Graduation Ceremony in June celebrating the end of the year along with CAPP (Child and Parent Programs). To see photos of the event click here

Maple Sugar Festival at Richelieu Park
On April 5th 2009 the MFRC-NCR participated in the Lumberjack competition and came in second place just behind the Ottawa Police. To see photos of the event click here

The Minister of Citizenship and Immigration hosted the 2009 Ontario Volunteer Awards on June 11 at Tudor Hall to acknowledge volunteers who have been outstanding in their volunteer work. To see photos of the event click here

Annual Volunteer Breakfast

Army Run 2008
