Battle of the Bands Benefit Concert
On July 21, Youth Bringing Communities Together (YBCT - the MFRC Youth Council) organized a benefit concert to raise awareness and adress the myths military youth face.
The event saw seven bands compete for professional recording time. Event participants and the audience were treated to live music presentations, from punk rock bands to blues groups, performed by local youth from across the National Capital Region.
The event was a great success! The audience and participants had a great day and saw a big difference in the youth from the community!
